Late check outs may be arranged, however this is subject to availability.

• An administration fee of 15% of the total booking value will occur for any cancellations outside 14 days.
• Cancellations within 7 to 14 days will incur 70% refund or transfer of booking to alternate date. Less than 7 days’ notice, loss of full tariff will occur
